Loft Relining

As an expert roof repair and installation company, we do not provide full loft conversion services, but can help to reline and insulate the interior of the loft to keep the space fresh and the property energy efficient.
LOFT RELINING SERVICES
We are able to install a dust lining membrane into either the external or internal roof slopes, which will help to shield the roof structure and the insulation below. This will help to eliminate dust, dirt and moisture from getting into the loft space.
The lining creates a barrier between the dust particles and the useable loft space, while also providing additional windproofing. Once we have the lining in position we can re-install the timber battens back onto the rafters to ensure the membrane remains firmly in position.
It's cost effective way of protecting both the insulation while keeping the loft in great condition so it can be transformed into a liveable space, whether it is a bathroom, bedroom or work area you are creating.
LOST INSULATION SERVICES
When a property of any kind is left uninsulated, it can lose up to 25% of its heat via the roof. The installation of insulation plays a vital role in keeping the house warm and well ventilated. The Energy Savings Trust estimate that insulating your loft will save you up to £250 each year.
